What matters before you start.
Can my number get blocked?
Yes — bulk messaging may breach WhatsApp's terms, and any tool that does it raises the risk. Clipper is built to lower that risk: randomised delays, hourly and daily caps, gradual warm-up and an automatic stop when a block is detected. We do not promise immunity, and no tool can. Use is entirely at your own responsibility, including obtaining recipients' consent.
Where is my data kept?
On your machine only. We hold no copy of your contacts, messages or files, and the extension does not track usage. Removing the extension deletes everything.
Is Clipper connected to WhatsApp or Meta?
No. Clipper is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, funded by or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms. The names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for identification only.
How do I cancel a subscription?
At any moment, from your PayPal account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there is no exit fee. The full detail, including the 14-day right of cancellation under Israeli consumer law, is in the cancellation policy.
What happens if I close the browser mid-campaign?
The campaign stops and is saved. Next time you open it, you can continue from the next recipient — anyone who already received it will not receive it again.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
No. Clipper works with any WhatsApp account, personal or business.
Can I work on more than one computer?
You can install it on several computers, but the data is stored separately on each and does not move between them. Cross-device sync is planned for Premium+.
